This policy explains how purchases made on lexmount.com are sold, delivered, cancelled, and refunded. It applies alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
The seller of record is Beijing Zhuyue Technology Co., Ltd.
For payment, provisioning, refund, cancellation, or dispute questions, include your account email and order reference. Never send passwords or payment credentials.
Lexmount sells digital software-as-a-service access for cloud browser and Web Fetch usage. There are no physical goods and no shipping. The service is operated by Lexmount using our software and contracted cloud infrastructure.
Each paid plan is a one-time purchase for one calendar month. It does not renew automatically. Web Fetch request packs are also one-time digital purchases. The current product, quantity, price, currency, validity, and included usage are displayed on the Pricing page before purchase.
PayPal checkout will be enabled only after merchant approval. Once checkout is available, the customer selects a product, reviews its final price and terms, completes PayPal approval, and returns to Lexmount while the payment is verified server-side.
After confirmed payment, paid access is normally provisioned to the selected project within 15 minutes. Delivery is complete when the purchased plan or request balance appears in that project's Plan & Usage view. We may delay or reject delivery when payment, fraud, sanctions, legal, account, or technical checks require review.
If payment completes but access is not provisioned, contact support. We aim to acknowledge the case within 1 business day and to provision the purchase, correct the order, or issue a refund within 2 business days after receiving the information needed to investigate.
Because purchases do not auto-renew, there is no recurring subscription to cancel. You may stop using the service at any time. Stopping use does not itself create a refund right, but an eligible unused purchase may be refunded under the terms below.
You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days after purchase only when all paid credits attributable to that purchase remain wholly unused. Once any Browser hours, Web Fetch requests, or other paid entitlement from the purchase has been consumed, the purchase is not eligible for this unused-credit refund.
Verified duplicate charges are refunded in full. If payment is confirmed but Lexmount cannot deliver the purchased access, we will provision an equivalent purchase or issue a full refund. Refunds are returned to the original payment method where supported. Financial institutions and PayPal may require additional processing time after we issue a refund.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law or rights available through PayPal. Where law requires a different result, the mandatory rule controls.

Please contact support first so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly. You may also use PayPal's dispute process where available. We will preserve relevant order, delivery, entitlement, and support records and respond through the applicable dispute channel. We do not retaliate against customers for making a good-faith complaint or exercising a legal right.
Paid service on lexmount.com is intended for customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. Paid service on lexmount.com is not offered to customers in Mainland China.
Market availability is not a guarantee of acceptance. Payment-method support, applicable law, sanctions and export-control rules, fraud and risk checks, and infrastructure availability may restrict a purchase or service location. Customers must use the service only where lawful.
We may update this policy as products, payment methods, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current public version. The policy presented at the time of purchase governs that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
